4.1 Deposit Terms

For deposits on o9bet, we accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must come only from your own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, or per device.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified validity period of the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud, the account will be suspended.
• o9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from one bonus cannot be combined with another bonus.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The outcome of all bets on o9bet is determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant event and our betting regulations. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.

• All bets are settled according to the odds clearly displayed at the time of placement.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in the system, o9bet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Where multiple bets are placed on the same event, only one bet will be considered valid at our discretion.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Live casino, slots, and other games have their own rules as defined within the game software. The game provider's rules will apply and remain in effect alongside these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o9bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
